The product arrived quickly, but not in working condition. I bought new batteries for both the device and the remote control, but the hand did not turn on. Opened a dispute, but they are asking to return the product for a refund. I went to the post office and they are asking for 500 UAH for the return of the product. The seller doesn't respond properly
